So we bought a rare breed porker last week and Dan has turned the liver into a lovely rich pâté. Then he put some poached grapes on it (sorry about the teeth marks!) It’s a winner!
We reckon the wine match for it is the lovely Banyuls from Domaine de Valcros. Either way it’s been a great way to start a Friday!
