We’re pleased to be able to welcome 2 new Australian wines to our list.

Shaw & Smith 2020 M3 Chardonnay, Adelaide Hills

Since 2000 when the winery was first built, Shaw & Smith have been producing top notch wines, and their Chardonnays are now known to be some of the best in Australia.

The elegant 2020 vintage offers notes of ripe peach and lemon with plenty of toasted hazelnut aromas, along with a mix of flint and wet stone minerality. Smooth, and packed with fruit whilst keeping a bright, balanced acidity. Vegan friendly and organic, this wine works very well with food.

Mount Horrocks 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, Clare Valley

With only 250 cases being produced, this cracking single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes to us from just North of Adelaide. It spends 18 months in oak (35% new).

The nose offers notes of forest fruit with a herbacious background. On the palate the red and dark fruits shine with a hint of chocolate while the soft tanins give the wine structure and poise. Vegan friendly.
