Which way to go with the apple strudel?

So it’s our Fromage Fondue Friday and we’ve put an apple strudel with an allspice Chantilly on the menu for dessert. But what to match it with? Bit of a predicament as regards the wine matching..our Jedi senses have led us to the stunning 2010 Grange Neuve Montbazillac, and the unctuous 2012 Hospices de Colmar Gewurztraminer. But which way to go? Any other ideas? Think apples, cinnamon and ginger….
