During these unprecedented times, the health and wellbeing of our customers and our team are our top priority.

We are closely monitoring the Government guidelines and are following the latest guidance issued.  There have been no cases amongst our staff at present and we are not aware of any cases among our customers.

Current Government advice is that individuals are at no greater risk at a gathering at our restaurants of our size than they would be going about their normal life.   As such, we are planning to keep cooking and serving wine for you as normal.

While we always work to our 5 star hygiene standards, we have increased the cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces thar are touched regularly through the day. Our staff will be paying extra special attention to areas such as handles, rails and toilets.

In order to help protect everyone, we would ask anyone who comes to our restaurants to wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival.  We will also ask you to do this regularly throughout the time you are with us.

Any of our team members who have symptoms of Coronavirus, no matter how mild, will be asked to self-isolate for at least 7 days and will be supported by the business through statutory sick pay benefits.

Should you not be able to make it in, we would ask for as much notice as possible before the reservation is due to take place in order that we may make the space available to other customers and keep our small business on track. We are more than happy to rearrange bookings for other dates for you.

For customers who remain in good health and have not been asked to self-isolate, we encourage you to continue as normal – come and enjoy the wine and small plates at Corkage and support your local independent businesses.

If you are unable to fulfil your reservation with us, why not buy a voucher from us rather than cancelling or postponing? Vouchers are valid for 1 year and from today they come with an additional 10% (e.g. £50 = £55) added to its value as a thank you from us all at Corkage, for helping to support our business and our staff.

Continuing to support small, independent businesses during these difficult times will be vitally important to ensure that as many as possible survive the coming months and are there for us to enjoy in the future.

Thank you and stay safe.

Richard, Marty & Team Corkage
