Corkage is looking for an experienced Chef to join our tight-knit team on a full time basis.

We are an award winning, independent restaurant with critical acclaim serving innovative small plates in a pint sized kitchen.

We work with fantastic local produce, including nose to tail meat cookery, whole fresh fish and great local veg.

Experience in a similar role is necessary.

You must have the ability to run all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking to order and stock management as well as a passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce.

Your experience will have taught you leadership and teamwork. This role might suit and ambitious Sous Chef or a Head Chef looking for a great new job.

You must be able to work autonomously and within a small team and be able to produce amazing food which fits with our brand ethos.

Salary is up to £26,500 based on experience plus a share of cash tips, great wine perks, for 45-50 hours per week, working 8 shifts over set days.
