It has a lovely nose with aromas of acacia and hawthorn flowers and a great freshness, rich and generous palate with a fine acidity.

The wine is well suited to food – fish and shellfish, and also as a lovely fresh aperitif perfect for those Spring and Summer lunchtimes and evenings.

Located in Languedoc, the vineyard stretches over the Thau Bassin and the Herault river. Domaine de la Madone is a single estate owned by the same family for many generations, covering 15 hectares of vines planted on the high terroir des Castelnaux. Harvest takes place at night when grapes have reached full maturity in order to preserve the aromas and the fruit intensity.

When the grapes arrive in the cellar they are immediately protected against oxygen and pressed. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.
