This Blanc de Noirs Champagne is made up of 30 % of Reserve Wine and 10 % soléra of 6 vintages.
Light gold in colour, this is a full bodied, but beautifully well balanced wine that shows ripe citrus and hints of tropical fruit on the nose, and a refreshing palate with a creamy and moreish texture.
It’s full and rich but also vibrant and aromatic, exceptional value for money.
This is an excellent aperitif, but will match very well with scallops or Asian inspired fish dishes.

Furleigh Classic Cuvée 2014, Dorset, England £32.50
This wine is a classic dry sparkling wine with a refined elegance. The colour is pale lemon straw with a steady stream of minute bubbles.
It has floral aromas of apple blossom interlaced with ripe melon and Constance pear plus a delicate thread of minerality. On the palate the fine mousse marries citrus flavours of grapefruit and Sicilian lemon with a crystalline structure and zesty acidity. It has excellent poise and a persistent finish. The autolytic character is subtle.
Furleigh Estate Rosé NV, Dorset, England £33.50
It has a delicate salmon-pink hue with tiny bubbles. Enticing aromas of wild strawberries and white peach mingle with a hint of rosehip. There are subtle autolytic notes of vanilla-scented brioche and scones with cream.
