A glorious Pinot Noir from Burgundy’s Domaine Philippe Levera produced with grapes from the Gevrey-Chambertin region. It spent around a year in oak before bottling, packed full of spices.
Cherries melding into gingerbread & gamey notes. A fantastic example with great depth and length.

The history of Maison Vincent Girardin is relatively recent. In 1980, at the age of 19, Vincent Girardin, the son of a family of winegrowers based in Santenay since the 17th century, decided to strike out on his own, and began producing wine from two hectares of vines that he had inherited from his parents.
A feminine wine which is one of the only Burgundy Pinot Noirs you can already enjoy and drink when young.
Elegant nose of violet and strawberry supported by leather and vanilla. Great structure. aromas of black cherry, violets and rose petals with hints of flowers and spice. The palate is silky and creamy, with round flavors of chocolate milk, dark plum, smoky notes and woodland elements.

The Naigeon family has been established in Gevrey-Chambertin for over 150 years.
Fresh, fleshy raspberry fruit combined with notes of sloes through to a fine, long finish, notes of violet. A bang for buck Burgundy from a top producer.
