  • Armas de Guerra is the oldest winery in Bierzo and one of the oldest wineries in Spain, established way back in 1879. It translates as "Weapons of War", alluding to their annual battle against the elements to keep their vineyards (which on average are 50-years-old) healthy and make the best wines possible.  Expect great lemon and lime freshness and a delicate, peach, melon and saffron finish from this wonderful Godello.
  • Arnold Holzer's classic and vibrant style of Gruner Veltliner from the clay soils of Wagram in Austria. Holzer took over the estate in 2010, aged just 23. Expect buckets of lemon zest, white pepper hints of fennel and rose, and great acidity with a slight Jasmine tea finish.
  • Hay Shed Hill Chardonnay 2019 A fresh and restrained style of Australian Chardonnay, flavours of ripe pear, fresh honeydew melon and lemon zest are balanced with lively acidity and a touch of buttery richness.
  • Jura Chardonnay 2019 Marie-Pierre Chevassu-Fassenet One of our most delicious additions and an instant classic, this sous voile Chardonnay has fantastic concentration of crunchy apples, juicy melon and mandarin peel with a distinctive and sumptuous nutty quality.
  • Laventura Viura comes from an old vineyard principally composed of the Viura variety with a few strains of other varieties. The grapes ferment in 600 litre barrels with native yeast and the wine is aged with its lees, without carrying out batonage (a technique in which the lees are removed from the wine during fermentation) to avoid giving the wine excessive body. Fantastic texture supports vibrant lemon and limes, peaches, flowers and a hint of spice. Rounded and textured.
  • Le Berceau des Fées 2020 'The Cradle of Fairies' is an absolute stunner from Savennières, this Loire Chenin Blanc from Tessa Laroche is bursting with flavours of honeysuckle, bruised yellow apples, perfumed pears and flinty minerality.
  • Bertie Coetzee represents the sixth generation of his family to farm Lowerland, on the banks of the Orange River near Prieska in the Northern Cape. Lovely red apple skin and fresh bread aromas followed by a stone fruit component and some ginger spice on the nose.
  • From one of the best addresses in Meursault. This is a nicely restrained, stony Meursault, with great tension and elegance. There’s a real weight of fruit in here, with gentle ginger and saffron notes.
  • Montenidoli, Vernaccia di San Gimignano 'Fiore' 2018 £26

Elisabetta Fagiuoli and her husband Sergio founded their 50 hectare winery in 1965, on a hillside across the valley from the picturesque Tuscan town of San Gimignano. Montenidoli means "mountain of little nests".
With a nose of cucumber, lemon and white flowers, the wine is vibrant on the palate with bright, crisp, stony minerality accompanied by flavours of green apple and lemongrass. Perfectly balanced, with a delicate acidity and a clean finish.
  • Neck of the Woods 'Madhouse' Pinot Gris 2020 Crunchy pear, elderflower, lemon zest and vanilla bean on the nose with more citrus notes to follow on the palate. White blossom and refined stone fruit on the front palate leads to a finely textured mid palate that finishes long and fresh. An outstanding expression of Pinot Gris.
  •   An organic, fresh Muscat with fantastic stone fruit flavours backed up by long acidity and a floral nose. Honey, lychee and white grape with a peach and almond tart finish.
