  • With 150 years experience at the vineyard, Pinord Seleccion Brut Cava NV is a rich, yet floral traditional method sparkling wine, made from the traditional Catalan grapes of Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Macabeo. It offers fresh apples and a light and elegant finish, and the wine undergoes extended lees ageing to increase its intensity of flavour.

  • In the late 19th century, our ancestor Petrera Nicola decided to build his home within the winery and chose the hill called Spinomarino, for its lofty, well-aired and sunny position, among the best ones in the entire area of Gaudella (South-eastern area of Gioia del Colle) to grow Primitivo grapes. Ruby red intense colour with violet glares. Scent and taste typically fruity of berries and slightly of black sour cherry and plum with some spicy and balsamic notes. A perfect balance of smoothness, freshness and minerality. Aftertaste of toasted almond, typical of a natural authentic Primitivo of Gioia del Colle.
  • The Cooperativa Santa Isidro de Pegões is always up among the country's top co-op's and has an excellent portfolio of wines. It was founded in 1958 and the cooperative is made up of 140 winegrowers and has access to over 1100 hectares of vineyard located in the Terras do Sado area of the Setúbal peninsula.  The result is a full flavoured wine with fruity aromas of orange blossom, ginger and ripe fruits which work in harmony with the oak spice.  Rich and opulent on the palate with a creamy vanilla spice, it has a persistent, elegant finish.  
  • Arnold Holzer's classic and vibrant style of Gruner Veltliner from the clay soils of Wagram in Austria. Holzer took over the estate in 2010, aged just 23. Expect buckets of lemon zest, white pepper hints of fennel and rose, and great acidity with a slight Jasmine tea finish. 
  • Domaine Grosbois is a 9h Domaine run by two brothers, Nicolas and Sylvain. Their family vineyard is located at a place called “The Pressoir” Panzoult in the Chinon appellation in the heart of the Loire Valley. Designed for food-friendly drinking in its flush of youth, this wine nevertheless shows pleasingly complex savoury feral notes on the nose alongside plush dark brambles. Bags of juice for the money!
  • Bertie Coetzee represents the sixth generation of his family to farm Lowerland, on the banks of the Orange River near Prieska in the Northern Cape. Lovely red apple skin and fresh bread aromas followed by a stone fruit component and some ginger spice on the nose.
  • Vinessens is a small family winery whose owners Andrés Carull and Marta Ribera produce signature and/or garage wines with an ecological philosophy. Tragolargo, as the name itself indicates, is a pleasant and easy to drink wine that expresses with its youth the freshest character of the Monastrell grape.   • Located in Boutenac, just south of the village of Corbières in the Languedoc region, Ollieux-Romanis is now one of the largest privately owned wineries in Corbières, spanning some 130 hectares. The area is teaming with wildlife; buzzards fly overhead; deer, pheasants and partridge roam the vineyard, while heron fish regularly from the lakes to which our resident geese return each Spring. It has a delicate salmon-pink hue with tiny bubbles. Enticing aromas of wild strawberries and white peach mingle with a hint of rosehip. There are subtle autolytic notes of vanilla-scented brioche and scones with cream.

This wine is a classic dry sparkling wine with a refined elegance. The colour is pale lemon straw with a steady stream of minute bubbles. It has floral aromas of apple blossom interlaced with ripe melon and Constance pear plus a delicate thread of minerality. On the palate the fine mousse marries citrus flavours of grapefruit and Sicilian lemon with a crystalline structure and zesty acidity. It has excellent poise and a persistent finish.  The autolytic character is subtle. 
  • Laventura Viura comes from an old vineyard principally composed of the Viura variety with a few strains of other varieties. The grapes ferment in 600 litre barrels with native yeast and the wine is aged with its lees, without carrying out batonage (a technique in which the lees are removed from the wine during fermentation) to avoid giving the wine excessive body. Fantastic texture supports vibrant lemon and limes, peaches, flowers and a hint of spice. Rounded and textured.
