Laventura Viura comes from an old vineyard principally composed of the Viura variety with a few strains of other varieties. The grapes ferment in 600 litre barrels with native yeast and the wine is aged with its lees, without carrying out batonage (a technique in which the lees are removed from the wine during fermentation) to avoid giving the wine excessive body. Fantastic texture supports vibrant lemon and limes, peaches, flowers and a hint of spice. Rounded and textured.
