• In 1962, 19 vine growers from San Marzano whose families had farmed the land for generations, combined their efforts to establish 'Cantine San Marzano'. Through the decades this cooperative has grown significantly, attracting over 1,200 vine growers. This extraordinary Primitivo is deep and complex with flavours of prunes, black cherry jam, spice and tobacco that weave through the full bodied palate with its velvety texture and long, complex finish of cocoa, coffee and vanilla bean.   • The Cooperativa Santa Isidro de Pegões is always up among the country's top co-op's and has an excellent portfolio of wines. It was founded in 1958 and the cooperative is made up of 140 winegrowers and has access to over 1100 hectares of vineyard located in the Terras do Sado area of the Setúbal peninsula.  The result is a full flavoured wine with fruity aromas of orange blossom, ginger and ripe fruits which work in harmony with the oak spice.  Rich and opulent on the palate with a creamy vanilla spice, it has a persistent, elegant finish.

  • With 150 years experience at the vineyard, Pinord Seleccion Brut Cava NV is a rich, yet floral traditional method sparkling wine, made from the traditional Catalan grapes of Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Macabeo. It offers fresh apples and a light and elegant finish, and the wine undergoes extended lees ageing to increase its intensity of flavour.
  • Neal and Judy Ibbotson were pioneers in the Marlborough wine industry, first planting vineyards in the valley in 1978 and then establishing Saint Clair Family Estate in 1994. They own 160 hectares of vineyard in 10 different Marlborough locations chosen specifically for the attributes of their individual "terroir" and ability to produce top quality grapes. Saint Clair Omaka Reserve Chardonnay has aromas of fragrant peach, toasted hazelnut and cinnamon spice with smoky nuances. The palate is round and full with nectarine, vanilla, nutmeg and a gentle touch of coconut. Drinking beautifully now, this wine will continue to evolve and reward over the next five years with careful cellaring.

  • The delightful Domaine de L’Herbe Sainte, in the Eastern Minervois, is just on the edge of the delightful small village of Mirepeisset. Bright, deep red with a very typical nose of black fruit, black olive, cedar and garrigue. On the palate, a dense fruit led wine with well-integrated tannins and the same, delicious rich southern range of aromas.
  • Chateau Siaurac is the most important property of Lalande de Pomerol, and its vineyard is in a single, contiguous plot. It is the largest estate of the appellation and is comprised of 46 hectares of planted vine. On the palate, the spectacular 2014 vintage Chateau Siaurac offers generous fruity hints that can be compared to those of a Pomerol with heady aromas of damson, overripe plum, raisin and leather. The tannins are fine and chalky. This wine carries a long finish which is both scented and elegant with mineral accents.
  • Château Fortia 'Tradition' 2017 Châteauneuf-du-Pape A distinguished yet punchy wine offering intense and seductive aromas of ripe red berried fruits enhanced by smoky notes and subtle spice. 
  • Château Lestrille is located in the small town of St. Germain du Puch, on the northern point of Entre-deux-Mers. The Entre-deux-Mers is one of Bordeaux’s largest appellations, and translates as “between two seas,” signifying its positions between the large Garonne and Dordogne rivers. This great Bordeaux Blanc from a wonderful producer offers cut grass on the nose with plenty of apple and honey on the palate and an ace oily texture, ripe rich stone fruits with lemongrass notes.

Made with organically grown grapes, the palate offers sour cherry and star anise alongside lithe tannins. Vibrant acidity keeps it balanced and focused.
  • Cuvee Athanor Domaine Jean Foillard 2015 A unique and rare cuvée, Athanor was crafted in 2015 instead of the famous 3.14 cuvée. It takes its name from Alchemy and its depth and intensity will demonstrate why. Another shining example from Jean Foillard of the black magic that can be achieved with Gamay.
  • The Gallimard family, producers of Champagne from father to son for 6 generations, develop their Champagnes with the greatest respect for tradition and modern winemaking. This Blanc de Noirs Champagne is made up of 30 % of Reserve Wine and 10 % soléra of 6 vintages. Light gold in colour, this is a full bodied, but beautifully well balanced wine that shows ripe citrus and hints of tropical fruit on the nose, and a refreshing palate with a creamy and moreish texture.  It’s full and rich but also vibrant and aromatic, exceptional value for money. This is an excellent aperitif, but will match very well with scallops or Asian inspired fish dishes.
  • Dafni Psarades, 2020, Lyrakakis Wines, Crete This wonderfully unique, vegan-friendly, Greek white wine is from a single area vineyard producing an ancient grape, rescued by the estate. Aromas of laurel, flowers and rosemary give in to savoury preserved lemons with a fresh, slightly saline finish.
